About Christian Science Society
Christian Science Society in Los Alamos has roots reaching back to the Secret City’s early days, with Christian Scientists meeting for services there before the church organized in the 1950s. The congregation later became a society in the 2000s. In 2019, it sold its historic former property to Los Alamos County and moved to 800 Trinity Drive, Suite G; that former building had served during the Manhattan Project as the WAC dormitory and was one of the few original Manhattan Project-era structures remaining. On-site Sunday services began at the Trinity Drive location on Easter Sunday 2021. The society also offers children’s ministry and youth group.

Dress Code: Not specified — please contact the church directly. Service Format: Sunday worship is held at 10:00 AM in a traditional Christian Science style. Wednesday evening testimony meetings are held at 7:00 PM and are continuing on Zoom. Visitor Tips: First-time visitors can attend Sunday worship on site at the Trinity Drive location. Those interested in the midweek testimony meeting should plan to join by Zoom.
