What to Expect: A First-Time Visitor's Guide to Engage Albany Church

Dress Code: At Engage Albany Church, we have a casual, come-as-you-are atmosphere. You'll see people dressed in everything from jeans and t-shirts to business casual attire. The focus is on creating a welcoming environment, not fashion. Feel free to wear what makes you comfortable.

Service Format: Our Sunday services start at 10 AM and typically last around 60-75 minutes. The service begins with a time of worship through contemporary Christian music led by our worship team. This is followed by an encouraging, Bible-based message from our pastor. We also have a time for prayer and announcements about upcoming events and ways to get plugged in.

Tips for Visitors: - Arrive a few minutes early to allow time to find parking and get settled. - Feel free to sit anywhere - there's no "reserved" seating. Our ushers and greeters are happy to help you find a seat. - Participate as much or as little as you'd like. You won't be singled out or put on the spot. - During the offering, you're welcome to give, but as a guest, please don't feel any obligation. - After the service, stick around to enjoy complimentary coffee and snacks, and take the opportunity to introduce yourself to the pastor, staff, or any friendly faces. - Check out the information kiosk in the lobby for resources, sign-up sheets, and information about getting involved.
