About Avon United Methodist Church
Avon United Methodist Church, located in the beautiful Finger Lakes region of New York, welcomes visitors to experience worship that emphasizes connection with God through hymns, prayers, and Spirit-filled music from various choirs and soloists. The church offers Sunday worship services beginning at 9:00 AM with Sunday School for children ages 3 through grade 8, followed by a main service at 10:00 AM that includes fellowship time with coffee and snacks for community conversation. Trained nursery staff provide warm care for children during services, and parents are always welcome to observe and participate in the church's children's ministries. Under the pastoral leadership of Dr. Rev. Keith Griswold, the congregation invites new members and visitors to explore the church's ministries and become better acquainted with the community of faith.
