Founded in 1908 by Corning's small Black community, the church has grown from its humble beginnings of home-based prayer meetings to become an active spiritual hub offering Bible study, youth ministry, and support for displaced veterans. Led by Pastor Reverend Lorri Thornton, the church is driven by its mission to evangelize the unsaved and equip believers for ministry beyond its walls. As Ambassadors for Christ, members assemble for praise, worship, and biblical teaching designed to grow God's kingdom and impact their community through prayer, discipleship, and missions.
