About Christ The Redeemer
Christ The Redeemer, formally known as the Parish of the Most Holy Name of Jesus, serves the Roman Catholic community in Elmira, New York through two church locations: St. Mary's Church on the South Side and St. Patrick's Church on the North Side. Under the pastoral leadership of Rev. Scott Kubinski, the parish offers a full schedule of weekend and weekday Masses, prayer services, and faith formation programs. The parish welcomes visitors and maintains an active community life that includes liturgical celebrations, prayer support through its Prayer Board, and opportunities for spiritual growth. Located at the Parish Office and Faith Formation Center on Davis Street, Christ The Redeemer invites all to experience Catholic worship and fellowship in a welcoming environment.
