About Greek Orthodox Church
The Church of the Holy Resurrection is a Greek Orthodox parish established in 1976 to serve the Orthodox Christians of the North Shore, celebrating over fifty years of faith and community life. Located in Brookville, New York, the parish is led by Protopresbyter Panteleimon Papadopoulos and serves over 420 families with a vibrant Church School enrollment of 130 children. The church offers divine liturgies, sacraments including baptisms and weddings, and maintains eleven organizations supporting religious, philanthropic, educational, and cultural ministries. In addition to traditional worship, the parish operates a bookstore featuring Orthodox books, icons, and devotional items, and offers a summer faith-based camp for children.
