Reach Out Church is a Bible-believing, Spirit-filled charismatic congregation located along the Hudson River in Dutchess County between Albany and New York City. The church is dedicated to discipling Christians according to God's Word and describes itself as a family worship center with a friendly, warm community of believers committed to God and one another. Led by Dr. Carl Forster since 2017, the church's vision is to reach the lost, train them up, and send them out by proclaiming the love, forgiveness, and acceptance of Jesus Christ.
