About Episcopal Church at Cornell
The Episcopal Church at Cornell is a vibrant campus ministry community in Ithaca dedicated to welcoming students, faculty, staff, and local members seeking spiritual exploration and connection. Rooted in the Episcopal tradition but intentionally inclusive of people from all religious backgrounds, the church offers a space where every person—regardless of race, gender, sexuality, or academic discipline—is celebrated as part of the Body of Christ. The community gathers for Holy Eucharist on Sunday afternoons in Anabel Taylor Chapel, followed by shared meals that deepen fellowship and belonging. With additional opportunities for evening prayer throughout the week and formation programs tailored to the real needs of the Cornell community, ECC serves as both a spiritual home for students and a place of meaningful pastoral care and theological questioning.
