About Temple Sinai of Massapequa
Temple Sinai of Massapequa is a warm and friendly Reform congregation that has served the community since 1958. Led by Rabbi Dr. Janise Poticha, this all-inclusive synagogue welcomes congregants and visitors into a supportive environment where people feel at home. As a member of the Union for Reform Judaism and the only Reform synagogue in Massapequa, Temple Sinai offers opportunities for worship, adult education, religious school, and community involvement. The temple recently merged with Temple B'nai Torah of Wantagh, strengthening its presence in the South Shore region. Whether you are seeking spiritual connection, educational programs, or community fellowship, Temple Sinai invites you to join their congregation and celebrate Shabbat together.
