First Presbyterian Church in Mount Vernon has served the Westchester community since its organization by the Presbytery of Westchester on June 23rd, 1887, making it a historic institution with over 135 years of ministry. The church relocated to its present location on East Lincoln and North Columbus Avenue in 1933, with the current sanctuary dedicated on May 18th, 1952.
