About Odessa Baptist Church
Odessa Baptist Church, located in Odessa, New York, is a welcoming congregation with roots dating back to 1855 when it was originally incorporated as the Free Will Baptist Church. The church relocated to a new single-level building in 2019 and has since expanded with an annex to serve its growing community. The congregation emphasizes being an active, spiritually-led community dedicated to advancing the Kingdom of Jesus Christ through worship, education, and mission work both locally and globally. Visitors will find a church that values multi-generational participation, blends traditional and contemporary worship practices, and maintains strong ties to its rural upstate New York community through events like summer concert series and free community gatherings.
