About Christ Church, Oyster Bay
Christ Church in Oyster Bay has served as the spiritual heart of its community since 1705, welcoming people of all backgrounds and stages of faith on their journeys toward God. The Episcopal congregation offers two weekly services featuring beautiful music, thoughtful preaching, and the celebration of Holy Eucharist—a Saturday evening service at 5:00 pm that is shorter and more informal, and a Sunday morning service at 10:00 am with choir and music that is also live-streamed for remote participation. The church provides comprehensive programs for children, youth, and adults, including nursery care and Sunday school, and extends a particular welcome to those new to church life or exploring faith for the first time. Baptized persons of any Christian tradition are invited to receive Communion, and the congregation is intentional about creating a safe, inclusive community where questions and curiosity are honored.
