About Northeastern District
The Northeastern District of the Christian and Missionary Alliance represents upstate New York's Alliance churches, a movement of over six million believers worldwide united by Acts 1:8 vision—sharing Christ's love with neighborhoods and the world. Originally established in 1932 as part of the broader Eastern District, the NED has grown from seventy churches and $78,000 in missionary giving to seventy-five churches contributing over $1.5 million annually to the Great Commission Fund. The district office, located in Rome, New York, serves as a hub for church multiplication, disciplemaking, leadership development, and missions mobilization across the region. Under the leadership of District Superintendent Rev. David B. Linn and a dedicated team of ministry specialists, the Northeastern District emphasizes Christ-centered ministry focused on spiritual growth, community impact, and global missions engagement.
