About Congregation Shaara Tfille
Congregation Shaara Tfille is an egalitarian Conservative Jewish congregation serving Saratoga County and surrounding communities from its home at 84 Weibel Avenue in Saratoga Springs, New York. Founded in 1912 with roots extending back to 1897, the congregation has evolved from its Orthodox origins into a vibrant, inclusive community that welcomes all Jews, interfaith families, and the LGBTQIA+ community. The synagogue features a distinctive Menorah-shaped window and maintains a beautiful sanctuary, dedicated classrooms, and a kosher kitchen that supports weddings, Bar and Bat Mitzvahs, and community gatherings.
