About Gospel Community
Gospel Community is a nondenominational Christian fellowship located in Sayville, New York, founded in 1967 by members of the West Sayville and Sayville communities under the leadership of Rev. Alfred Isaksen. The church relocated to its current 5.1-acre campus in Sayville in 2007 and is currently pastored by Rev. Edward M. Rizzo. Gospel Community describes itself as a place where faith and fellowship intertwine, offering vibrant ministries, diverse events, and powerful sermons centered on the Word of God. The church also operates the Shiloh Retreat Center in New Baltimore, New York, which has served church groups and hurting individuals throughout Long Island and Upstate New York for decades.
