About Child Evangelism Fellowship
Child Evangelism Fellowship of Greater New York City is an interdenominational, Bible-centered ministry committed to reaching children with the Gospel and discipling them in God's Word. Based in Staten Island, CEF partners with local churches to provide training, resources, and hands-on outreach programs including Good News Clubs, 5-Day Clubs, and Party Club events. Founded by Jesse Irvin Overholtzer in 1937, the organization has grown into the largest evangelistic outreach to children in the world, with over 3,500 missionaries internationally. CEF of New York City celebrates nearly 60 years of ministry in the region, serving the community through engaging, gospel-centered programs designed to create safe environments where children experience dynamic Bible teaching and meaningful relationships centered on Jesus Christ.
