About Minstry Lutheran Campus
Lutheran Campus Ministry in Syracuse is a progressive, inclusive Christian community centered at Hendricks Chapel on the Syracuse University campus, serving both SU and SUNY-ESF students. The ministry engages members through worship, scripture study, service projects, and faith dialogue, with a particular focus on helping students integrate their faith with their vocational and personal development. LCM hosts weekly events including Bible study, faith exploration sessions, community dinners, and collaborative work spaces, all designed to nurture spiritual growth and inspire service in the name of Christ. The community partners with local congregations and organizations to encourage hands-on ministry and support for those in need throughout Syracuse. Pastor Julie Kelly leads this dynamic ministry that witnesses to God's grace and mercy while addressing the deep spiritual questions students face during their college years.
