About St.Anthony & St. Agnes Church
St. Anthony & St. Agnes Church is a Catholic parish established in 1911 by Italian immigrants in Utica, New York. The church is named after St. Anthony of Padua and St. Agnes, and maintains a rich connection to its Italian heritage through devotion to healing saints Cosmas & Damian, honored each September. The parish celebrates the Eucharist as central to Catholic faith, believing it represents the real presence of Jesus Christ and offers spiritual nourishment that strengthens the community's capacity to love one another and live together in Christian fellowship.
