The church serves a diverse community of longtime Mohawk Valley residents and recently arrived refugees from Burma, united by their faith in Jesus Christ. Tabernacle Baptist is deeply committed to the Baptist principles of soul freedom, the priesthood of all believers, and an open and inclusive welcome to all people. The congregation gathers for worship and educational programming on Sundays, with services offered in both English and Karen languages to serve its multicultural membership.
