About Cathedral Of All Souls
The Cathedral of All Souls is an Episcopal church located in Biltmore Village in Asheville, North Carolina, with a history spanning over 120 years since its consecration in 1896. The cathedral is Eucharistically centered and shaped by scripture and the baptismal covenant, with a mission to connect faith and life in the Asheville region. All Souls is deeply engaged with its community, addressing issues including education, hunger, literacy, housing, health care, and economic opportunity. The church explicitly welcomes all people and fosters a community where trust is present and risks are taken. While the cathedral undergoes renovation following flooding, services are currently held at St. George's Episcopal Church, and the community continues its spiritual life and outreach work.
