About Black Mountain Presbyterian
Black Mountain Presbyterian Church is a Presbyterian congregation in Black Mountain with around 650 members. Sunday mornings include several worship and formation opportunities: FirstLight Worship at 8:45 AM, Adult Faith Formation at 9:45 AM, Family Worship at 10:00 AM, and Sanctuary Worship at 11:00 AM. FirstLight has a blended, acoustic feel with the Prophets Band using guitar, banjo, drums, and keyboard. The 11:00 AM Sanctuary service includes music from the Chancel Choir, typically accompanied by organ and piano. The Lord’s Supper is celebrated on the first Sunday of the month, and nursery care is available for children three and under during the morning.
