"What to Expect at Life Church Charlotte"

First-Time Visitor's Guide

Dress Code: At Life Church Charlotte, you'll find that people dress casually and comfortably. Feel free to wear whatever makes you feel at ease, whether that's jeans and a t-shirt or slightly dressier attire. The most important thing is that you come as you are and focus on engaging with the community.

Service Format: The Sunday service starts promptly at 10:00 am and typically lasts around 75 minutes. The format includes:

- Worship through music: The worship team leads the congregation in contemporary praise and worship songs. - Announcements and Offering: You're welcome to participate in the offering, but as a first-time visitor, please don't feel obligated. - Sermon: The pastor delivers a relevant, biblically-based message aimed at encouraging and challenging the congregation to grow in their faith. - Communion: On the first Sunday of each month, the church celebrates communion. You're welcome to participate, but it's not required.

Tips for Visitors:

- Arrive early: Coming a few minutes before the service starts will give you time to find parking, check in your kids at Life Kids (the children's ministry), and get settled. - Don't be shy: The ushers and greeters are there to help you feel welcome. Don't hesitate to ask them any questions you might have. - Participate as much as you're comfortable: You're invited to sing, pray, and engage during the service, but feel free to simply observe if that's more your style. - Visit the Connect Center: After the service, stop by the Connect Center to learn more about the church, get connected to a Life Group, or speak with a pastor.
