About Newsong Church
Newsong Church in Cornelius exists to awaken people to Jesus, His Kingdom, and their calling. The church began in 2004 after Jeff and Julie Watson sensed a calling to the Lake Norman area. Its Sunday gathering includes contemporary, Spirit-filled worship, a clear biblical message, and time for prayer and response. Children are welcome, and the team helps families check children in. Newsong is also connected to local and global mission work through partners such as The Lantern Project, Ignite Movement UNCC, Love Life Charlotte, Together for Israel, and Zion Company International.
