About Newsong Church
Newsong Church in Cornelius, North Carolina exists to awaken people to Jesus, His Kingdom, and their calling. The church welcomes visitors regardless of where they are coming from, emphasizing that you do not have to have it all figured out to belong. Newsong was founded in 2005 when Jeff and Julie Watson moved to the Lake Norman area in response to God's calling and began serving the local community through Ardent Faith Ministries. The church gathers on Sundays at 10:00 a.m. and is deeply committed to both local and global missions, partnering with organizations to serve people and share the love of Jesus in practical ways. The community values worship, God's Word, prayer, generosity, and family as central to following Jesus together.
