What to Expect as a First-Time Visitor to The Summit Church - Brier Creek Campus

Welcome to The Summit Church! We're so glad you're considering joining us. Here's a quick guide on what to expect as a first-time visitor:

Dress Code There's no dress code at The Summit - come as you are! You'll see people dressed in everything from jeans and t-shirts to business casual. The focus is on creating an environment where you can comfortably worship.

Service Format Our Sunday services typically last around 75 minutes. The format includes:

- Upbeat, contemporary worship music led by our talented band and worship team. - A relevant, Bible-based message from our lead pastor, J.D. Greear. - Time for prayer, communion, and other elements of traditional church services.

We also have separate programs for children (birth-4th grade) and students (5th-12th grade) running concurrently with the main service.

Tips for Visitors - Arrive early to allow time for parking and finding a seat. Our services tend to fill up, especially for the early service. - Feel free to grab a free cup of coffee or tea in the lobby before the service starts. - Don't worry about knowing when to stand, sit, or respond - just follow along with the congregation. - Participate as much or as little as you feel comfortable. There's no obligation to sing, tithe, or do anything else. - After the service, stop by the Welcome Center in the lobby. The team there can answer any questions, help you get connected, and let you know about upcoming events and ways to get involved.
