Ebenezer Lutheran Church is an evangelical, liturgical, and confessional Lutheran congregation located in downtown Greensboro, just west of the UNC-Greensboro campus. With over 100 years of rich history and tradition, the church is part of The Lutheran Church—Missouri Synod (LCMS) and centers its teaching on the divinely inspired Word of God as contained in the Holy Bible. The congregation practices traditional liturgical worship and maintains active service in bold witness for Jesus' sake, offering Holy Communion at each service. Visitors are warmly welcomed to experience vibrant faith through Bible study, meditation, prayer, and Christian fellowship in a community that encourages children to participate fully in worship.

Dress Code: Not specified — please contact the church directly. Service Format: Early Service at 8:30 a.m., Sunday School at 9:45 a.m., and Late Service at 11:00 a.m., with Holy Communion distributed at each service. Special Unity (Combined) Services are held on select Sundays at 10:00 a.m. Visitor Tips: Children are welcome and encouraged to remain for the entire service; "Lamb bags" are available in the Narthex for children, and a staffed nursery with sermon broadcast is provided. Those not communing are invited to come forward with arms crossed to receive prayer and blessing from the Pastor. The church practices closed Communion as part of LCMS tradition.
