Founded in 1900, the church has grown from a small group meeting in homes to a vibrant community of over 5,100 members across multiple campuses in Greensboro, Raleigh/Durham, and Charlotte Metro, plus an online campus. Under the leadership of Bishop Bryan J. Pierce, Sr., Mount Zion is committed to reconciling the world to God through Jesus Christ by exalting God, equipping believers, evangelizing the lost, enabling the body, and encouraging opportunities for service.
