About Refinery Church
Refinery Church is a non-denominational congregation located in Mint Hill, North Carolina, dedicated to building community through apostolic foundations and practical faith. The church emphasizes returning to the roots of early Christian practice, as expressed in Acts 2:42, where believers devoted themselves to teaching, fellowship, breaking bread, and prayer. Refinery Church offers multiple ways to engage, including in-person Sunday worship, online services, community groups organized by life stage, and action groups focused on local service such as Joseph's Food Pantry and youth ministry. The church is built on core values of finding peace in Jesus, extending grace over guilt, and functioning as a church without walls that meets in physical locations, online, and through home fellowships. Visitors are invited to join the community whether they wish to deepen their faith, serve others, or simply explore what it means to follow Jesus in a supportive environment.
