About New Vision Ministries
New Vision Ministries is a biblical-based church located in New Bern, North Carolina, dedicated to living out the Great Commission as a community of believers. Originally known as Colony Baptist Church, the ministry rebranded to New Vision Ministries in 2015 when a small group of five believers felt called to establish a church centered on Scripture and collective discipleship. The congregation gathers to worship, learn about God, and engage in accountability within their local body while serving and reaching their community with the gospel's truth in both word and deed. New Vision emphasizes that the church functions as a training ground where believers are equipped by leadership to grow spiritually mature and reflect God's power and authority together.
