About Henderson Grove Baptist Church
Henderson Grove Missionary Baptist Church is a Bible-believing, mission-minded congregation located in Morrisville, North Carolina, with roots dating back to 1913. The church was formally organized by families in the community and held its first assembly on Christmas Eve 1914 in a private home. After worshipping in their first sanctuary for over fifty years, the congregation moved into their present sanctuary in August 1978, later dedicating a new edifice in April 2014. The church exists to bring people into a closer relationship with God while serving others in love, with a focus on proclaiming Christ Jesus as the only hope. Under the pastoral leadership of Pastor Johnnie M. Bethea Sr. and his wife, Henderson Grove continues to serve the spiritual and community needs of Morrisville.
