Sherrills Ford Road Baptist is a Baptist church in Salisbury, North Carolina, with roots on its current site going back to St. Jude Church, erected in 1887. The church became Sherrills Ford Road Baptist Church in 1978 under Rev. Harold Hughes during its transition to Southern Baptist affiliation. It is a cooperating member of the Rowan Baptist Association, the Baptist State Convention of North Carolina, and the Southern Baptist Convention, and ascribes to the Baptist Faith and Message of 2000. The church notes that it is working in 2026 to rebuild as a “Beacon Of Hope” in the community.
