About The Refinery Church
The Refinery Church is a non-denominational community in Wilmington, North Carolina, founded in 2013 by Mark and Ovella Tippett. The church focuses on building multiplying generations of disciples who love God, love people, and impact the world through Christ-centered relationships and transparency. Sunday morning gatherings at their location on Oleander Drive are designed to grow relationships within the church family and community, with live-streamed services available online. The church values making disciples not only as learners but as givers, emphasizing that every part of God's body has something to contribute. With ministries including worship leadership and children's programming, The Refinery welcomes visitors from all points on their spiritual journey to experience their community-focused approach to following Jesus.
