What to Expect at FIVE39 Church in Akron, Ohio

As a first-time visitor to FIVE39 Church, here's what you can expect:

Dress Code: FIVE39 is a casual, come-as-you-are kind of church. You'll see people dressed in anything from jeans and t-shirts to business casual attire. The focus is on creating a welcoming atmosphere, so wear whatever makes you comfortable.

Service Format: FIVE39 offers three identical Sunday services at 8:30 AM, 10:00 AM, and 11:30 AM. Each service lasts about 75 minutes and follows a similar format:

- Worship - The services start with a time of contemporary worship music led by the FIVE39 worship team. Feel free to sing along or simply enjoy the music.

- Message - The lead pastor will deliver a relevant, Bible-based message focused on helping you grow in your relationship with God.

- Communion - On the first Sunday of each month, communion is offered. You're welcome to participate, but it's not required.

Tips for Visitors: - Arrive a few minutes early to allow time for parking and finding a seat. - Stop by the Welcome Center to pick up a visitor packet and chat with a friendly team member who can answer any questions you may have. - Don't feel obligated to participate in the offering - it's for regular attendees. - Nursery and children's programs are available during the service if you have little ones. - After the service, feel free to stick around, enjoy some complimentary coffee, and introduce yourself to the pastors and other guests.
