About New Prospect Baptist Church
New Prospect Baptist Church, established in 1919 in Cincinnati's Roselawn neighborhood, serves as what the congregation calls the Village Well—a place essential to all community life. Under the leadership of Pastor Damon Lynch III, who has guided the church for three decades, New Prospect embraces a three-fold purpose: to exalt Christ, evangelize the lost, and edify the body of believers. The church offers a rich array of ministries including men's, women's, youth, and relationship ministries, alongside practical community support through academic programs, STEAM education, farming and gardening initiatives, and an open gymnasium.
