True Holiness Assemblies of Truth United International is a Pentecostal fellowship with roots tracing back to 1966, when it was founded by Elder Lewis Tolber and Evangelist Eddita Tolber in Cincinnati, Ohio. The organization has grown into a network of covenant congregations across Southern Ohio, Northern Kentucky, Southern Indiana, and Georgia, united under a central shepherd organization established in 1998. The church emphasizes evangelism, effective church government, and community social responsibility as core missions. Through its Leadership Development Institute, established in 1994, the church offers biblical and professional training programs for pastors, elders, evangelists, and other church leaders.
