What to Expect as a First-Time Visitor at Cleveland Christian Church (AG)

Dress Code: At Cleveland Christian Church, we have a casual and welcoming atmosphere. Feel free to come as you are - you'll see a range of attire from jeans and t-shirts to business casual. The focus is on connecting with God and each other, not fancy clothes.

Service Format: The Sunday morning service starts promptly at 10am. You can arrive early at 9:30am to enjoy complimentary coffee and pastries in the Community Center. This is a great time to mingle and meet some of the friendly folks.

The service itself lasts about 1 hour and 15 minutes. It typically includes upbeat contemporary worship music, an encouraging and practical sermon from the Bible, and announcements about upcoming events and ministries. Children are welcome to join the age-appropriate CC Kids program that runs concurrently.

On Wednesdays at 7pm, the church gathers for a dedicated prayer meeting in the Sanctuary. This is a more intimate setting focused on lifting up the needs of the congregation and community.

Tips for Visitors: - Feel free to sit anywhere - there's no assigned seating. The ushers can help you find a spot. - Participate as much or as little as you're comfortable. You won't be singled out as a first-time visitor. - Check out the CC Kids ministry if you have children. They have great programs for all ages. - Stop by the Welcome Center in the lobby if you have any questions. The friendly volunteers are happy to help. - Most importantly, come with an open heart and mind. The people of Cleveland Christian Church are excited to warmly welcome you!
