About Garfield Memorial
Garfield Memorial Church is a United Methodist congregation located in Pepper Pike, Ohio, dedicated to connecting diverse people to Jesus through worship, prayer, and community. The church intentionally builds a multiethnic, economically diverse community where people of every ethnicity, background, and ability can worship, serve, and grow together. Garfield Memorial offers two Sunday worship services—Heritage Worship at 9 AM featuring more traditional elements, and Mosaic Worship at 10 AM—along with extensive ministries including KidzSpace for children, youth programs, small groups for men and women, Bible studies, and outreach initiatives. The church emphasizes authenticity, safety, and transformation, believing that real spiritual growth begins when people are honest about their struggles and encounter Jesus in the midst of their lives.

Dress Code: Come completely as you are—blue jeans, shorts, business suits, or khakis are all welcome; people sometimes dress more formally for the 9 AM Heritage service, but all attire is welcomed. Service Format: Two Sunday services at 9 AM (Heritage Worship in the Sanctuary, more traditional) and 10 AM (Mosaic Worship); services run 60-65 minutes; nursery, toddler care, and KidzSpace children's ministry are available during worship; communion is offered the first Sunday of each month.
