What to Expect: First-Time Visitors to Short North Church

Dress Code: At Short North Church, we believe in creating a warm and welcoming environment for all. There is no formal dress code, so come as you are! You'll see people dressed in everything from jeans and t-shirts to business casual attire. The main thing is that you feel comfortable.

Service Format: Our Sunday worship services are an energetic blend of modern and traditional elements. You can expect a mix of contemporary worship music, thought-provoking teaching from the Bible, and opportunities for prayer and reflection. Services typically last around 60-75 minutes.

We also offer a more intimate Brews & Blessings service on Wednesday evenings, which has a relaxed, café-style atmosphere.

Tips for Visitors: - Feel free to sit anywhere - there's no assigned seating. - Grab a program when you arrive to follow along with the service. - During the offering, you're welcome to give, but don't feel obligated as a first-time visitor. - After the service, stop by the Welcome Desk to say hello and get any questions answered. - Stick around for free coffee and conversation in our community space. - Check out the Kids' Ministry if you have little ones - they'll have a great time!
