What to Expect as a First-Time Visitor to Worthington Christian Church

Welcome to Worthington Christian Church! We're so glad you're considering visiting our church. Here's a quick guide to help you know what to expect as a first-time guest:

Dress Code At Worthington Christian, we have a casual, come-as-you-are environment. You'll see people dressed in everything from jeans and t-shirts to suits and dresses. The most important thing is that you feel comfortable.

Service Format Our Sunday services are held at 9:00 am and 10:30 am. Each service lasts about 60-75 minutes and follows a similar format:

- Worship through music - Our worship team leads us in contemporary Christian songs. Feel free to sing along or simply listen. - Sermon - Our pastor delivers a practical, Bible-based message to encourage and challenge us. - Communion - On the first Sunday of each month, we celebrate communion by remembering Jesus' sacrifice.

Tips for Visitors - Arrive a few minutes early to allow time to park and find a seat. Greeters at the doors will happily point you in the right direction. - Don't worry about giving - as a guest, we don't expect you to contribute financially. The offering is for our regular attendees. - Check out the Information Center in the lobby if you have any questions. The team there is happy to help. - If you have children, our KidsQuest ministry has excellent, age-appropriate programs during the services. You can get your kids checked in at the KidsQuest area.

We know visiting a new church can be intimidating, but we strive to create a warm, welcoming environment. Our hope is that you'll feel right at home. We can't wait to meet you!
