Originally founded in 2010 as the Second Ward Community Initiative to address resource gaps for underserved residents, the center transitioned to its current name in 2020 to strengthen inclusivity and expand partnerships with race, equity, and inclusion at the forefront. The organization provides intergenerational services including STEAM programming, health and wellness classes, senior programs, tutorial services, and community gardening initiatives.
