About Columbia Church of Christ
Columbia Church of Christ, established in 1946, has served as a cornerstone of Christian love and religious service in the Edon, Ohio community for nearly eighty years. The church is steeped in exegetical teaching, focusing on the interpretation of the original meaning of the Bible to provide a sound biblical foundation for applying God's Word to modern life. With a strong emphasis on knowing people by name and calling them by their identity in Christ rather than their sin, the church welcomes both regular attendees and visitors. The congregation gathers for worship on Sunday mornings at 10:30 a.m., with Bible study available at 9:30 a.m. on Sundays and Thursdays at 6:00 p.m., along with a youth group that meets on Wednesday evenings.
