Higher Ground Ministries is a nondenominational church located in Fostoria, Ohio, founded in 1993 by Derrick and Tonee Morant as a house of prayer, praise, and preaching dedicated to establishing God's Kingdom in the earth. The church began as a weekly Bible study in a home and has grown into a thriving ministry offering children's programs, nursery care, pre-teen and teen ministries, along with men's and women's ministries. Beyond weekly worship, Higher Ground serves the community through food programs, clothing distribution, community projects, and national and international relief efforts. The church functions as an equipping and training hub for ministry, having planted churches and supported other ministries throughout the region and worldwide.
