About Peace Lutheran Church
Peace Lutheran Church in Gahanna, Ohio is an active and inclusive community of believers committed to living out the love of Christ locally and globally. The church's core purpose is to love God, neighbor, and self, and they explicitly welcome everyone without condition or exception, regardless of sexual orientation, gender identity, ability, race, or background—they are an ELCA Reconciling in Christ Community. Peace offers two distinct worship experiences on Sunday mornings: a traditional service at 9:00am in the Sanctuary and a contemporary acoustic service called Peace Unplugged at 10:30am that features an indoor/outdoor experience in the ConneXions Center and surrounding Memorial Garden. Beyond worship, the congregation actively engages in service and growth through small groups, volunteer opportunities like Camp Friendship and weekend meal programs, and various outreach ministries supporting the local community and international partners.
