Led by Pastors Craig Richter and Wendy Richter, All Shepherds emphasizes loving, encouraging, nurturing, and serving all people in Christ's name. The congregation provides nursery care for young children and age-appropriate ministry for elementary students and teens during worship, and also livestreams services for those unable to attend in person.

All include Holy Communion weekly. Visitor Tips: Free coffee is available in the gathering space before and after services.
