About Sar Shalom Messianic Congregation
Sar Shalom Messianic Congregation in Mansfield, Ohio is a faith community of Jews and Gentiles who believe Yeshua (Jesus) is the promised Messiah and embrace Hebrew roots of faith. The congregation worships on Saturdays at 10:30 a.m., featuring joyful worship, a Davidic Dance Team, prayer, recitation of the Shema, and Scripture teaching from the Rabbi. The community also gathers for Tuesday evening Scripture study and occasional Onegs (fellowship meals). Led since its beginning by Rabbi William Hallbrook, an experienced teacher with ordinations through His Image-Hope Ministries, the congregation has grown from home meetings to its current location at the Sar Shalom Center on West Fourth Street in Ontario.
