Rivertree Christian Church in Massillon is part of the RiverTree Movement, a non-denominational network of seven churches across Northeast Ohio united by shared values of Jesus's lordship, incarnational presence in their communities, relational discipleship, spiritual health, and kingdom multiplication. The church emphasizes making disciples of Jesus Christ and equipping everyday missionaries to live out their faith in offices, neighborhoods, schools, and communities throughout the week. Weekend gatherings are designed to inspire and challenge attendees through biblical teaching, worship, communion, baptism, and generous giving, with content also used by missional communities for discussion and prayer. Rivertree is staff-led with elder oversight and works intentionally to be good news in Massillon while partnering with other churches and organizations to expand Christ's kingdom throughout Ohio.
