Newark Central Christian Church is a Disciples of Christ congregation established in 1884 with deep roots in Licking County's faith community. Serving from their current location at the corner of Mt. Vernon Road and Rugg Avenue since 1950, the church describes itself as Jesus-centered, Bible-inspired, and mission-driven, focused on God's transformation of the wider county. Led by Co-Ministers Rev. Kara and Rev.
