Urbana United Methodist Church, located at 238 North Main Street in Urbana, Ohio, is the oldest continuously operating church in Champaign County, having been founded in 1811 by early Methodist settlers. The church's mission is to ignite faith, unite hearts, and serve with love through three core commitments: gathering to celebrate God's goodness, growing through Bible study and prayer, and going into the community to make a positive contribution. Urbana UMC offers two Sunday worship services—an early traditional service at 9:00 am and a contemporary service at 10:30 am—and celebrates Holy Communion on the first Sunday of each month.
