About Prince of Peace
Prince of Peace Lutheran Church in Westlake, Ohio welcomes all people regardless of race, nationality, age, ability, sexual orientation, gender identity, or gender expression. The congregation gathers to promote the saving mission of Jesus Christ through worship, fellowship, and service, emphasizing God's grace as a free gift rather than something to be earned. With two Sunday worship services—a contemporary service at 9 a.m. featuring a band and a traditional service at 11 a.m. with organ music—the church provides diverse worship experiences for visitors of all ages. Between services, members and guests can participate in Sunday school and fellowship time. A staffed nursery is available for children up to age five, and greeters and ushers are present to assist visitors with any needs.

Service Format: Sunday services include announcements, hymns, a children's sermon, Bible readings, a pastoral sermon, music, prayers, an offering, and Holy Communion, with directions provided by the pastor as needed. Visitor Tips: Arrive a few minutes early to be greeted; sit anywhere as there are no reserved seats; ushers will provide a worship bulletin upon entry; visitors are welcome to participate in Holy Communion; and you will be asked to fill out a pew pad sheet as it is passed during the service.
