About Trulight Ministries.
Trulight Ministries is a nonprofit ministry in Zanesville founded in 2016 by Rev. Edward Swartz and Christina Swartz, both licensed ministers. Its work is centered on serving people who are poor, distressed, or facing hunger, while also seeking to lessen neighborhood tensions and combat community deterioration. The ministry meets in a former Powell’s Market building on Putnam Avenue. Worship is contemporary, with Sunday worship and a Friday prayer gathering. Trulight also offers children’s ministry and small groups as part of its community life.
