About Baptist Children's Home
Oklahoma Baptist Homes for Children (OBHC) is a Christ-centered ministry dedicated to serving vulnerable children and families across Oklahoma for over 122 years. Operating as an affiliate of the Baptist General Convention of Oklahoma, OBHC provides four main ministries: residential care for children in need, support programs for single mothers, pregnancy counseling and resources through the Hope Pregnancy Center, and training for foster and adoptive families. All services are provided at no charge and funded entirely through the generosity of individuals, businesses, and Southern Baptist churches, allowing the organization to maintain its unwavering commitment to showing Christ's love to every child and family served. OBHC operates from the conviction that children are precious gifts from God and works to demonstrate their inherent worth and potential through compassionate, Christ-centered care.
